"We stayed in a room with 2 queens; the spacing was tight. The faucet and handle in the tub/shower was loose and the shower head was almost too high for a 5'6" person to reach. Our room, on the 2nd level, had a view over the parking lot, of the marina. The staff was friendly. The food and drink prices have been inflated. There is a happy hour, but it doesn't apply at the small pool. "

"The property was lovely. We brought our dog and they gave us a room that was far away from everyone else which was great because it was very quiet. If you are traveling with your pup to San diego this is a great place to stay. "

"I had a wonderful time at Hyatt Mission Bay! The hotel staff, front desk and housekeeping were amazing. Great customer service and friendly. Room was clean (thanks Wanda) and my 6 year old loved the heated pools! We enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony. Perfect location. Walking distance to Belmont Park and a few mins away from SeaWorld! I’d def stay here again! "

"Potential but underachieving. We were disappointed to learn a week before that the pool would be closed for two of the days of our stay. The sister property was offered and nice but still a drive.. The hotel itself is dated and needing some upgrades (loose toilet seat, patio door heavy and hard to close, flickering light in bathroom). The prices are hard to justify that sort of quality. Location great, beach great. Food options good. "

"Room was clean, however the lamp plug for charging electronics wasn't sufficient and those were the only plugs available without unplugging lamps. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bar were TERRIBLE with getting food to the table in a reasonable amount of time. To receive food in no less that 45 mins to an hour is not acceptable."
