This was a great hotel for what we needed. Pool was comfortably warm and clean, room was clean with a soft bed and had a fridge, and Old Town and MCRD were within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage after check out. Check in and check out were very easy and quick.

4 stars because I got a surprise 25 dollar parking fee for my rental truck charged to me at check in, no where did Expedia show that, but grateful they had a fridge with Lean Cuisine as I forgot to eat and didn't want to uber food to myself. Good snacks but spendy, the Lean cuisine and bag of popcorn were 13 bucks. Beautiful pool but right in middle of hotel, room nice, bed nice, Walls are thin. Nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, the usual stuff. Great staff, no problems, would recommend

My microwave didn't work and they brought a new one like 2 min after I called. Breakfast basics was a great thing to have saved us money on our trip. Walking distance to the old town strip of shops and food and the state park Easy to get places with uber, zoo maritime museum and little Italy all reasonable prices from this location via uber Very helpful prompt and friendly staff

We were greeted by a very professional employee who was very helpful. The property is older but very well kept up. The room was clean and the beds weee comfortable. My only concern was the musty smell that seems to be part of properties close to the beach.

Overall, a comfortable stay. Furnishings could have been a tad nicer for the price, but it was during a special event so there was likely an upcharge. The $25 a night parking fee also added up a bit quickly. The breakfast lobby with waffle maker was a nice bonus in the mornings and the location was a convenient distance from Old Town, Downtown, and Sea World.

We enjoyed our stay in Old Towne. The room was good for the price. We did get a $25/day for parking. But overall trip was good! Great location! All kinds of great places to eat within walking distance.
