I liked everything about my stay. The staff provided housekeeping every day and replaced the towels daily, which I really appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were ants in the bathroom when we first arrived.

The hotel is a little older and it shows. Although the rooms are updated they are a bit crowded and lighting is not ideal. The room we stayed in 2 adults and 2 children with 2 beds, was okay but as we entered it had an intense plastic smell most likely coming the bathroom vinyl. It was crowded. The pool area is ok. I feel they could put a little more effort into making the hotel look nicer. Customer service was good everyone is nice. For the price i feel we could have chosen a different hotel that was a bit more cared for.

The room was not a great room. It looked unfinished. The armoir looked broken but fixed and missing doors to the cabinet. The walls were tacky like the walls were just painted. The room smelled like paint. The bathroom pocket door was off track and not cleaned...had something blue stained on it. looked like toothpaste. The breakfast was ok...nice to have the option. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Noisy in the hallways with voices and you can hear the people above you walking...sounds like stomping. We will not book here again. The photos make it look better than what it really is. More of a motel not a hotel. I feel we paid too much for the room to be a 2 out of 10
