I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo. Everything was 5 star. The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning Staff service amazing particularly the concierge Very well priced. Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance Will always go back there

Staff, clean rooms and attention for all our questions, the breakfast was great and staff always making sure everything was there at any time

More vegetarian food options on the menu would be useful. Otherwise excellent

Such an exciting precinct with food and entertainment options all around. Hotel was comfortable and surrounding precinct was amazing with many food and entertainment options. Great for families but as a couple we enjoyed the hotel too. Rooftop bar has views of My Fuji on a clear day.

Great location in Shinjuku if you want to be where the action is at. If you take the limousine bus from Haneda Airport, it will take you to the hotel building. It’s also relatively close to multiple train stations. Had a great view of the city from the bedroom. Arrived early and was able to leave our luggage at the hotel until checkin. Check in was easy and the staff had already brought our luggage to our room from when we had dropped it off in the morning. Digital checkout was easy and didn’t...

Hotel was in great proximity to both Disneyland and Disney Sea with the Disney monorail right across the road. The room was magical with added touches to excite the kids! Super comfortable beds & staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter in a twin room. Lovely room, very comfortable. polite helpful staff, spoke English. Close to train station, easy walk. Near shopping centre with lots of restaurants. Great buffet breakfast which we prepaid for.

This is our second time staying here, the location is great with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutly amazing hotel. Highly recommended for first timers

There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the Disney monorail, but it is quite easy and quick to walk down the hill from the hotel to the monorail station. Unfortunately, one can no longer buy park tickets (with guaranteed entry) from the hotel. This seems to be a decision by Disneyland which is trying to move things wholly online - in not a good way.
