Our 4 nights of stay at this hotel was absolutely pleasing from check-in to check-out. Upon our arrival we were offered hot hand towels for refreshment which we could warm our hands that were all frozen due to cold weather of Tokyo. The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, spoke fluent english. I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo. Everything was 5 star. The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning Staff service amazing particularly the concierge Very well priced. Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance Will always go back there

Hotel The Celestine Tokyo Shiba was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful and everything was clean and lovely. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the cafe also very good. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Great hotel

Good location close to tamachi station which is on the line for Shibuya and other major areas. Quality of rooms was great and well appointed. Coffee free at main foyer and all the required items you might need if you forgot anything.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and fast becoming our go to Tokyo accommodation.

Wonderful staff and views. Easy walking distance to Shimbashi station. We loved the free Friday night concert in the foyer. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Could not fault it.

We have stayed here many times and usually get upgraded. This time was different as not only were we upgraded but we were also given access to The Executive Lounge. This provides a full breakfast in the mornings and snacks at other times and high quality drinks later in the evening. The large internal Sakura Garden is the major feature of this Hotel.

Our family of five stayed in this beautiful hotel. Lovely staff and great location. Enjoyed drinks in lobby area, fabulous breakfast and fun roof top bar.

Great hotel to stay at, breakfast options are great, rooms are comfortable and good size

Very comfortable room with easy access to the station. Breakfast buffet is also well worth the extra money. We had an issue with our bank card early on in our stay (through no fault of the hotel, I had lost it earlier) and the concierge went above and beyond to try to help me solve the problem. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, modern room. We had a family room which was 2 interconnecting rooms. It would have helped to have a door stopper so we could keep doors open from ours and kids room. Excellent location and very convenient. Reasonably priced.

My husband and I have just completed 9 days at Tokyu Stay and absolutely loved it. The hotel was small , exceptionally clean and the staff were very gracious and professional. My husband left his iPhone in the taxi on arrival at the hotel and Julie ( and some of her colleagues) worked extremely hard to track it down and did so successfully, for which we were very grateful. Overall an excellent hotel. Reception staff are courteous and very helpful. Very clean hotel, house keeping was very efficient and to a high standard. Breakfast offers a great selection of food for all tastes. I will be recommending to friends and family.
