We love their Japanese garden with full of beautiful cherry blossoms, koi pond, tea house etc.., location is nice and quiet, love the shuttle bus to near the station, and staff were mostly polite and professional this time. But, about 4 out of 8 nights, we had our room cleaned and almost always some resupply issue with house keeping. One time, they took the old nightwear away but didn’t leave new ones. "Great location with Daiba Train Station directly adjacent to hotel and the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal a short walk away. Large property with spacious and very clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was included and while we found it to be quite mediocre, it is definitely convenient. A Lawson’s convenience store is steps away as is a delicious pastry shop! Three shopping malls are within walking distance should you need to use up a bit of free time."

Was in a great location, across street from metro, and had a thousand amenities from restaurants, 7-11, and a bowling alley on site. Self service coin laundry was enormous and immaculate. Never tried buffet for breakfast as line was 30 mins+ every day. Rate was really good. Would stay again - no hesitation. "
