"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. "This hotel is fantastic! You are greeted with a smile and with great service. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is superb. The hotel is a great place!"
"The Hotel was centrally located, just across the road from the train station. Best of all, it was easily reached by coach from the Airport, making a quick and comfortable journey.
A major Hotel, well run and handy to the eateries all around. Just across the station was a free bus service to the port, which was so convenient for our cruise. Top location great service."
"Comfortable for a night stay. English speaking staff and very friendly. Transportation to Shinagawa station which makes everything easier to go places. Nice. "
"N-tower is the farthest hotel from the parking, but it is the closest to the station. The room is bigger than the ones in East tower, and I like this better.
There are multiple restaurants around, shopping mall just in front of the hotel, and a convenience store just behind.
There is a breakfast service which is enough for a quick bite.
The check in service works well, but they also have staff available. "
