Clean room, near the train station, lovely staff and had a conbini right at the bottom attached, which was very convenient! Cute restaurant options also within walking distance, altogether was very easy to get into Ginza and Tokyo station area. Would stay again.

Great location, close to two subway stations. Buffet breakfasts were very good. Convenience store adjacent to lobby, and the shower was phenomenally good - lots of water pressure and it had a combined hand-held wand and overhead rainfall sprinkler, just perfect. Only downside, and we expected this, was an overly firm bed. The Expedia listings are wrong when they say that some of the beds are King size, I confirmed with management that the largest mattresses they have are all Queen size. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine, I just expected a little bit more western breakfast element varieties like cheese etc. the breakfast was more Sea food dominated. the room I booked had pictures with city view but the room had no views!? which disappointed me a lot.

We had a three-bed-room and it was in a corner of a floor (11th). Bath with window, shower is good, ameneties very good, every day clean towels, waterbottles and pads for the coffee machine. new linen after 3 days, the 24/7 Lawson shop on base level is perfect and we found all we need.

Daily room cleaning; a spectacular, delicious, and varied breakfast with exemplary service—I’d like to highlight Shin Fumikura, Aya Manabe, and Kenji Onuma, who were always attentive in serving guests. My check in with Koki.Tozawa was perfect, also the check out with Takahiro Noba. The Hotel JAL City is fantastic, lovely location, modern… I LOVED and stayed a week, that’s why, I got the names of these staffs&attendants, because they gave me fantastic days as a guest on it. Also Kyawt Kyawt Thin was special, always sympatic and looking to help you in the front desk. 👍
