"Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! Healthy breakfast menu is a plus!"

"Lovely recently renovated hotel. Great location, quiet and only about 5 mins walk from Bayswater tube station. Reception were friendly and efficient Rooms clean and well decorated with large comfortable bed. Rooms themselves are not large so if you have many large suitcases you will struggle for space. However, rooms are lovely with tea and coffee making facilities. Bathrooms small but large shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a lift which is great. Would definitely stay here again"

"Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Hotel was in a lovely quiet location 5 minutes walk from the tube station. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchenette. We were on the 4th floor which was a good workout on the legs - would suggest requesting a lower floor room if you have any mobility issues. "

"The place was lovely! The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had everything I needed from an electric tea kettle to a Nespresso and perfect little cookies to comfort my tummy. AND the bed was comfortable!"
