Comfortable fully equipped apartment. Was a little annoyed to get there at check in time to be told I needed to wait 40mins because our room wasn't ready. Then found out that the restaurant was also closed that night so we couldn't eat in. Staff were very polite about it but not good to use public holidays for an excuse when you're a 24/7 tourism- based business - that's normal hours!

Found the Hotel a little difficult to locate as it is set off the road. Signage could be bolder?
Hotel was older than I thought it would be.
Door swipe card was not easy to use - must be a trick as to how to swipe!
Air-conditioning would not go lower than 17 degrees which was a little on the warm side for sleeping. Also fan was noisy if turned higher than low. Management promised to have the air conditioner checked.
Car parking is not under cover.
Room was clean.
Beds are extremely comfortable.
Hotel was very quite (December).
Breakfast was good.
Customer service was excellent.
Overall the stay was good.
The hotel was clean and the room was modern. The only downside of the room was the frosted glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom, making it nearly impossible to use the bathroom at night without waking up our kids with the bright light. Was within walking distance of a mall and has some fast food options across the street. All in all would definitely stay there again!

I came here on a business trip from the UK. Very happy with how the guest house turned out. Very convenient and quiet, work was only a 5min walk away. The subways were close, and shopping centre a bus stop away. I definitely will come back to stay here.
Reasonably priced great facilities for kids and close to major shopping and and connecting transport. They really focus on children which is rare these days easy to find and park and has everything you need.
Very slow at check-in but it was only one girl at the desk. The girl in the back could have gotten up and helped instead of giving me dirty looks. You share the kitchen and living room with others but have your own private and very clean bathroom. The campus is loud and busy and be ready for not getting much sleep but overall i would stay there since the price is right!
