"House has all we need and spacious. The open fire was a treat. The garden is large and private with great morning sun. The highlight is the outbuilding, games retreat with bar, or mancave. A really well thought out space with pool table and table tennis and darts. Also a bar and opens brilliantly to the outside and gets great all day sun so stays warm. So much fun. Thanks."

"Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). "Great property with fantastic views Our main issue was poor wifi which did not work at all in 2 bedrooms occupied by our teenage daughters A few pointers to improve the property Exhaust fans in the bathrooms ineffective so they steam up entire bathroom - this caused the fire alarm to go off. Tissue boxes would be appreciated and a lock on the main bedroom door would also be a good idea"

"The view is even better in person. We enjoyed the property, the pool (which has a fabulous view as well), walked to Palm Beach in the morning for breakfast and a stroll on the beach. Great location for anything you want to do on the island. Would love to return!"

Location above all, particularly if you like Ponsonby: just around the corner from the Three Lamps end, with all the options of those blocks have to offer. Large grocery store down the hill. "Loved the pool, perfect temperature clean and super deep. House was beautiful! unfortunately the spa bath didnt work or the oven or fridge. ( Repair man came and fixed fridge but oven was unrepairable.) That was quite a pain. Aside from appliances we would love to go again as was just a beautiful location and the space was so picture perfect. Thank you so much."

"Lovely big house for our family of 5 to stay in. House was immaculate and had everything we needednto cook at night. So spcaious for a 3 bedroom house. Views looking down to the Lake were great as well.only downside is we only had 1 night so couldnt make the most of the property. Well definitely be back for a longer stay next time"
