A place to breathe easy, relax and have fun in stylish artistic comfort overlooking Lake Rotorua and rolling hills. This modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom nestled amongst boulders, native plantings and modern art is one of four separate neighbouring villas suitable for up to 6 guests. Enjoy the private beach, (shared with 3 other villas), explore the local Hamurana reserve, BBQ undercover with your friends, take in the views or soak in the spa pools under the stars (spa pools are shared with three other villas). Escape together to Toka Ridge.

The space is a newly built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home named "Ngawha" meaning hot spring as it overlooks both the lake and cedar hot tub (shared with other guests). Perfect for a soak beneath the stars. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in comfy new Super King or king sized beds (2 super kings can be split make 4 king singles). Make use of the full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat pump/Aircon, gas fire and TV.

Enjoy the privacy of your own villa, the cedar hot tub is shared with 3 other villas

Hamurana is a tranquil, semi-rural lake side suburb located only 10 mins away from the supermarket, cafes and takeaway restaurants via either Ngogataha or the Okere Falls Store. The area is a more of an out-of-town experience being 17 mins from the Rotorua City Centre and its many unique activities and experiences. Live like a local and take a stroll along the nearby lake front reserve or Springs and discover the relaxed natural vibe of the area for yourself.

Outstanding Villa Toka Ridge

Outstanding Villa Toka Ridge We just returned from a 2 nights stayed at this villa and everything was perfect! The room and interiors are wonderful. What we got is actually stunning view from the living room and we can enjoyed it while seating at the backyard. I would like to say thank you to this owner’s Rosie. Her geneuinly services means a lot to mine. I was in rush while checked out and accidently my wallet left in the master room drawer. Turns out after 3 days she texted me through WhatsApp that she found my wallet. How blessed I am and she help me to sent the package into my friend’s house in Aucklad. Absolutely loved this place and we will be returning sometime in the future. Regards, Edi & Family

Toka Ridge 3 Review

Great property with fantastic views Our main issue was poor wifi which did not work at all in 2 bedrooms occupied by our teenage daughters A few pointers to improve the property Exhaust fans in the bathrooms ineffective so they steam up entire bathroom - this caused the fire alarm to go off. Tissue boxes would be appreciated and a lock on the main bedroom door would also be a good idea

Wonderful, well equipped 3 bedroom villa with a beautiful view. It was spotlessly clean and the kids loved the hot tub. Great location just 15 minutes away from the bustle of Rotorua.
