"I arrived later than planned but was greeted with a pleasant smile and excellent customer service. After driving 16 hours all I wanted to do was sleep and relax. Tanisha checked us in and it was hassle free. She started my experience off with ease because of her A1 customer service. She deserves a raise!!!!! We need more Tanisha’s 💪❤️"

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. I refuse to stay anywhere else. I'm trying to save up points of some kind to get another night or 2 free. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I've stayed in Hilton and high class Disney resorts but the Sheraton Suites is better than all that. I don't take pics cause I'm spending time with the man i love. "
