"The hotel isn't at the level of a 4-star hotel unlike the listing in Expedia. The furniture is wearing out, and the quality of the room and bathroom of a 3-start at best. And it's too expensive, and located in a dirty, unsafe, traffic-jammed area. It can be extremely difficult to book a cab in that area. However, most of the staff members I interacted with were understanding and helpful."
