After a long fight, we had a relaxing stay here for 2 night. Clean comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Airport pickup was seamless, located close to airport and can get uber easily for local transportation, a friendly tour desk person who can arrange trips or safari! Overall a great stay!!

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff and lovely facilities. Great location and free airport shuttle bus was super helpful. Rooms were huge and very well presented. Pool area was small but we never missed out on a lounger. Breakfast buffet was average, but the pool bar snack menu was nice and good prices. They had live football on in the bars too.

The hotel was clean and safe. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Due to a maintenance issue with the air conditioner the staff changed my room, which was a quick process between the time I reported and when maintenance came to attempt to fix the issue. It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

The hotel was spotless, modern, close to the airport and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any request. The service level was part of the reason I rebooked without looking for alternatives on my second trip to Nairobi. They have the best pillows ever! A very comfortable, large, well appointed, quiet, air conditioned room. Plus a pool, sauna, fantastic hotel gym, courtyard, and multiple restaurants. Order the wood fire steak pizza.
