"This property is NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR WHEELCHAIR EXPECIALLY NOT FOR DOUBLE AMPUTEES I requested this the room I paid for was not the room the put me in for the first 3-4 days the room flooded which was a issue walking up at 4am to relieve myself and water all the way in the living room my husband could not take a bath his wheel chair could not get in the bathroom and he could not use the restroom they had purchased him a potty chair and the room was not getting cleaned properly said I have it in written no pool was available no heat and air nothing accessible was for my husband no hot tub this the the reason for the choice I made to have a privater apartment the water flooding led misquotes over excessive and we had to end up paying for the shuttle to the room when we arrived but it says 24hour transportation we also to go to the hospital one day due to the room not being cleaned for dialysis we didn’t want him to catch very unclean we were advise they had rooms to offer but the other were upstairs with no elevator and the drive to the location was bumpy where my husband fell they made promises for refunds and lied with no communication to myself or my husband they pleaded that would never personally stay in those circumstances which I felt they would do they the right I was a promised a refund verbally have reached out a couple of times and reached out in text per WHAT APP and they advise me they did not want negative review and I allowed them to correct the property with min "

"I had checked this hotel out website and really liked the Ambiance. Stayed for 7 nights it was fantastic!! The Hotel lay out was perfect. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurants within Hotel was really good. The Area is safe and I would definitely come back here"

"Unfortunately, there's a lot to complain about here. I'll start with the good. The room was clean and front desk staff were great. The massage service was excellent. My complaints are the inconsistent wifi in the room, average restaurant food and service, no laundry room (when it said washers were available onsite) and had to pay for service, and no casino. The casino was always or just for a certain clientele. I would not say that my stay was horrible because it wasn't for the price and location but I don't think I'll be going back."
