Clean room. Very safe. Friendly and welcoming staff. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the country for a safari. Great location to go for a walk after a long day and grab some food and a drink. It’s next to restaurants and bars.

Excellent hotel for the price. Breakfast is really good considering it’s a free breakfast and the stay is already cheap. Only downside is the neighborhood. Builders were waking us up every morning and it didn’t seem to have the best restaurants, shops and cafes around the place.

We stayed at Crossroads Hotel at the beginning and end of our honeymoon, either side of our safari tour. It is very well located and easily accessible by taxi from the airport, and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming, giving us a complimentary upgrade and decorating the room with roses for our honeymoon - they really went above and beyond, doing far more than many of the much more expensive hotels we stayed at for our safari tour. They also prepared an early breakfast for us both mornings as we were leaving very early, ensuring we went away with extremely generous helpings of pastries, coffee and fruits. Highly recommended for a stay in Nairobi.

The staff are friendly, the property is clean and well kept, there are security men so the place is safe. I have stayed here a few times and will continue to as it is close to the stores, nightlife, pretty much anything. I've had pleasant stay here❣️

The hotel is simple and safe - great value for the money. The staff is helpful and professional. Everything is super clean. The breakfast is decent and a good option if you are in a hurry. Internet can be spotty and there were a couple of brief power outages, probably not the hotel's fault but the Nairobi grid. Highly recommend!
