"I was surprised why this hotel does not have cuurent reviews and then I found that the majority of customers are local. Only one Chinese staff, Kon, can communicate in English but every staff is very nice and attentive once you figure out the rules. Public onsen fa ility is standard and efficient. Spacious toom must be at least 300 sq.ft. for 2 of us.
Hot Water and temperature are centrally controlled. But if you are after hours you should go to public bath to take a shower. Laundry is inside...

"Staff were the best in hospitality I have ever met! Food choices and drinks amazing. 3 minute walk to lift and can ski from there most of the resorts!
Great location and place to stay! Easy to get by bus and train from Tokyo no car necessary."
