"The hotel is perfectly located on Princes street. Really close to all the shops and a short stroll across the bridge to Old Town. The hotel is surrounded by busy streets, so a tip would be to pack some ear plugs as noise in the evening and early hours often woke us up. Housekeeping were active (circa 8am) every morning during our stay and were hoovering outside our room before 8.30am which was a little frustrating given it was a bank holiday weekend and we wanted a relaxed morning. "Excellent location - 1 minute walk to Royal mile, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. Beds very comfortable, very clean studio apartment with small apartment size washing machine (very loud but convenient), Would stay here again! Staff very pleasant. "
