"The app check-in and the great staff (Alister & Night Manager, Paul) made it so easy & comfortable to stay at this hotel. Helpful & anticipating everything from getting taxis, reservations, directions, & just all my “long day” travel stuff to my room definitely let me know I was on vacation. The hotel itself is in a great location with shops, restaurants, & Edinburgh Castle just a stone throw away. It was nice to be able to just go outside & enjoy a bit of Edinburgh or within walking distance to the center of the city for more."
