We had a room overlooking Princess Street during the Hogmanay celebrations, which was just great. The breakfast could be better, but the hotel's location couldn't be better.
It’s a great locale right near the train station. Old school European train station hotel. Really nice & I bet it is fun there for the Christmas Holidays! Staff is very helpful.
The staff were great! Helpful and offered suggestions.
I really enjoyed the room and the location. They had the room cleaned and tidied all while at breakfast every day! I was amazed. Thank you!
Nice hotel, great location. Walkable to the Old City with a lovely park right across the street. Staff were kind and enthusiastic. The room was a bit small, but this is a very old hotel. I recommend this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was so accommodating. They helped carry bags from the entrance to the lobby since there is a flight of stairs. The room service was great and I loved that it was available at all times because our sleep schedule from travel was really wonky.
Hotel was very nice. The challenge was getting our luggage up the flight of stairs to the main floor. Nice room and great staff. Breakfast was fabulous.
