"The twin room was spacious, clean and had comfortable bedding. Quiet and the location was great being only one block away from the Queen Victoria building and the light rail stop. Free refreshment's was a nice touch. However, our stay was marred by the fact that no satellite or cable channels were available even though this was a stated feature. As we paid $400 per night we weren’t very impressed and certainly would not have booked this hotel if we had known."

I wish I was treated half as good at other places I've stayed! The hotel was clean and quaint, but had a lot of stairs on every level. The restaurant was worth breakfast. "
