"Checked in late after all nighter from Dubai. Had to use self checkin. Didn’t accept my booking. Then had to go to reception and then made to use a different card. No valet to room we had 4 portes. $467 ? Not happy. Breakfast was great. "

"Expedia's system had an issue and we were told that our booking has been cancelled when we arrived. But the receptionist was very helpful and patient, she rebooked us without getting confirmation from Expedia. Very grateful, otherwise it would be very hard for us to deal with the angry and tired kids! "

"While we love staying at Rydges Cronulla, we always try to stay when the rate is on the lower side because we're finding the condition and facilities are getting a little run down. It's a great location by the beach and behind the mall, right in walking distance to all the great venues in Cronulla. The desk service is great and the housekeeping is thorough. Possibly too thorough - ie. I was sleeping when they came in and began to service the room without checking if anyone was in the room."
