"This day was very nice. Everything was clean. The reception is very friendly. The managers own staff was very good. I do have an issue with the lady in cafeteria. I guess that’s what it’s called. Didn’t get her name walk in because they serve breakfast and came down and she just stared me up and down and didn’t even speak but she’s an employee so I asked I waited and I said hello. She looked at me. I said well you ain’t speaking. Aren’t you in hospitality? Are you working in here? No, I don’t work here. I’m volunteer OK well I’mma let them know that you volunteering you very rude very rude so I did let the manager know and she did address it so other than that, it was a very good stay. I would love to come back again."

"Room was not ready at check in time and wasn’t until 35 minutes after check in time. Room floor was not clean. Very small BR for 4 guest. Front desk clerk was not very nice and had to ask my name at least 5 times! Parking was not convenient."

"Hotel Indigo had everything we were looking for - comfortable room, great pool, onsite restaurant and bar and wonderful staff. It was great being only a few minutes away from seemingly everything - Patriot’s Point, downtown Charleston, I’on and the Credit One stadium. We’ll definitely be back."
