Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

This unit was perfect for a friend and me on our overnight stay in Charleston the location was great for shopping and eating on King Street. Unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The check in and checkout process was extremely easy and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay! The place was great — clean, comfortable, and centrally located, making it easy to get around. The team was lovely and let us drop our things off early, which was so helpful. All the instructions and details were very thorough, and everything was easy to use. Would definitely stay again!
Everything about renting this property was very easy. Communication with the host was quick and helpful! The neighborhood is great and very walkable, but we did appreciate having an off street parking spot. The apartment is clean and spacious with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. It was close to Hwy 17 to drive to surrounding sites, and walkable to the historic sites in town.
I originally thought we would be able to park both our cars there, but even though it seemed like there was room, we were instructed to park one car in a local garage.
We enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly how it was pictured and explained. Very comfortable! We will be staying again for sure!

House is very conveniently located in the heart of Charleston with many restaurants and bars withing short walking distance. We stayed in the ground floor apartment with a second unit on the second floor. The house is spacious, beds were very comfortable and bathroom has good water pressure.
We had a few challenges getting the heat going (it was unseasonably cold), but the owners and property managers were extremely responsive and helpful.
The unit has a single parking spot, which was great, since parking in Charleston is a challenge. We walked or Ubered everywhere.
The only downsides are that the house is old, with thin walls. The bedroom is inches from the sidewalk and you can hear every word spoken by passersby. We used a white noise app which helped, but it could be difficult for people who are very sound sensitive. Being older, the house is also drafty, which is probably not much of a problem most of the time. It was just unusually cold outside when we were there.
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was close to many places. We were able to walk everywhere. Having our own parking spot was a plus. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.
Property was convenient to downtown.
Lots of traffic and street noise, but the unit itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with manager was superb. Every question was answered quickly.
Great location for moving my daughter into her new apartment and it was great to have off-street parking. The host was very responsive. Great experience!

Comfortable beds, nice space. Only thing that could make it better would be if there were a couple small throw blankets. We were there on a couple of unseasonable cold days and having a cheap old throw would have made it less cold in the apt. Also, it is a busy street with some good foot traffic. So, I would recommended bringing some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. . Location is great and I would stay again, The street noise really wasn’t a problem, but it is noticeable at certain times of day.
We had the best stay at this charming little Charleston VRBO! Simply and tastefully decorated, clean, stocked with essentials (plus a few thoughtful extras), and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to King Street, plenty of restaurants, and all the charm Charleston has to offer. The host was super responsive to all of my messages, and we had zero issues during our stay.Pictures don’t do this place justice. The bedroom is larger than I expected, with plenty of space for our suitcases and shopping bags, and the closet has lots of room for hanging clothes. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire place has a welcoming, cozy vibe. Some decor changes have been made since the pics were taken that add to the already adorable aesthetic. We’re already ready for our next trip back! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Charleston!
Place is very "Charlestonesque", an older home with lots of character, comfortable sitting area and kitchen. small but rather nice extra was a water filter pitcher in the fridge, but it had not been filled. Con was coffee maker (drip style and not K-cup style). Pro: Bed Linens were very nice and beds are comfortable. Great location within walking distance of all the places you want to go to. Difficult check in due to fact that I did not get email but very quick response on arrival.

Cute, Clean, comfy, well equipped and a very responsive team to any questions or concerns
Enjoyed our stay, and I loved how there was a storage unit provided so that you could put your luggage before check-in time. This was highly necessary since we landed at 10:30 am and check-in was at 4:00 pm.
Street noise was very loud at times but that is any city. Beds need new mattresses they are broken down and too soft. Mini Spit HVAC inside units need new bearings due to squealing that caused us to increase tv volume 10 points.
