"Amazing staff. Check in was a breeze and had no issues at all. Room was very clean and comfortable. It served its purpose well as a relaxing place to sleep after a long day of exploring the area. I traveled with my son, a 2 year old who was extremely excited to go swimming in the pool. After dressing him in his swim attire and taking him down to the pool all excited, we found it was closed. I learned that despite what online said about the pool closing at 10pm, front desk staff informed me it actually closed at 8 (perhaps 9? I cannot remember). This was my only negative about the stay. I think staff should make clear to their guests upon checking in. Bar was only open for a small window of time and the drinks were priced the typical markup hotels tend to place. Ice machines available worked great and the elevators were very quick and accessible. Overhaul I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It’s a great central area, close to everything. "
