"Golf trip with the guys and this was our 20th year staying in the area. We’ve stayed at Sullivan’s, Folly, Edisto, but mainly IOP. This was the cleanest, newest, nicest house by far. We had one issue with low propane for the grill. The owner came out and replaced it quickly and could not have been more personable. Would not hesitate to book again. "

"We stayed here for my bachelorette trip with 12 people and the house was great for groups!!! The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. Each room having its own bathroom was amazing, and even the bunk beds fit adults just fine! We had some questions about the grill while we were there and the property managers were SO responsive. Honestly was a perfect home!!"
