"George greeted us before we even got out of the car! He was very friendly and informative. He explained parking and offered to help with our bags. After dinner we rested outside on the terrace, next to the relaxing fireplace. The room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. We even watched a movie before bed. This resort is beautiful. I wish we remembered our bathing suits for the heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the All-American breakfast (which did not disappoint) on our balcony overlooking the city with the Smokies in the background. It was hard to choose between soaking in the large tub or washing in the oversized waterfall shower. The custom embroidered robes helped us ease into our day. Loved the Jimmy Buffett themed decor. It definitely felt like we were islandside in the middle of the mountains. We will be back for sure!"

"This is a beautiful property with so many activities and amenities. It is located in a great spot close to many different restaurants, places to shop, etc. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and soundproof. Kudos to the staff on doing an amazing job at keeping this place very nice and being so accommodating for guests. I would definitely stay here again...over and over!"
