"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "
"The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel."

"Loved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day.
The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him.

"The facultie and staff was supper kind and helpful, the breakfast was yummy and the bathroom in my room was squicky clean!
I was a little concerned about some things though. In the room i stayed in, there was a strang smell, but, i wasnt able to locate where it was coming from, the AC unit was also a little dirty.
The bed it self was clean and comfortable, and the toiletries they gave were fresh and new.
Ultimately this is a five star review. It wasnt a bad experience at all."
