Definitely great on a budget. The hotel is a little dated. The pool was awesome. We thought there was a slide, but it looks like they closed it off. Convenient and in the middle of everything.

Great location, alongside the national park, by a rapid mountain creek. Fresh air, large picknic area, nice outdoor pool. Rooms are rather small, however have exterior direct access to the parking lot which makes it convenient for car travelers.

The staff were so friendly and wanted to help in any way you needed. The hotel was very clean and indoor swimming area was a lot of fun. Definitely would be our first choice when going back to the area.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the bathtub has nothing to prevent slipping. Not textured so it is def a fall hazard. I slipped and almost fell as did my husband. Would def stay at this hotel again.

Quiet and conveniently located. The entrance has a nice Alpine, rustic feel, and check-in was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the lobby is attractive and well maintained. The rooms, however—or at least ours—felt dated and a bit run-down and could definitely use some updating. We spent most of our time outside the hotel, so that really wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, but if having a modern, updated room is a deal-breaker for you, you may want to look elsewhere.

The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful!! The hotel was very clean and smelled great when walking into the front lobby. It was nice to come back to our room that was cleaned by room service early during the morning while we were out. Very pleased with this hotel and would most definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Check in was easy and our room was as advertised. We enjoyed the indoor pool too. The location is great as well. It's a quick walk to the main drag. It was a one night stay so we didn't get to try the cafe off the lobby. But I would stay again!

The location was fantastic, easy to access everything but not directly on the strip. The pool was amazing! Rockeya was very helpful and personable! 10/10 recommend! We even had to leave a day early and they graciously allowed us to cancel the final night without penalty! We go every year and this is where we will stay from now on...

This lodge is within walking distance from the main strip of shops/restaurants in Gatlinburg. It was a little outdated but very clean with nice pools. Me and my family had a nice stay here at a decent price.
