First time I’ve stayed at the Gotham hotel and honestly was not disappointed, we stayed in the inner sanctum suite and it was unreal. Staff were very friendly and great customer service, will definitely be returning.

What an amazing stay! My husband turned 40 and my god what a treat this was, we made use of the room service we had some amazing late night snacks. Then we had breakfast in bed which was beautiful and so convenient. We also paid for parking and made use of the concierge who were all so lovely and friendly. We went to the brass club and celebrate with drinks, they had a great selection of non alcoholic drinks as I am 7 months pregnant. We loved our stay, my husband loved his 40th birthday present thank you for making his birthday so special. We hope that one day we may be able to afford to stay again as it’s created memories we would love to recreate ❤️

On arriving to the hotel we where greeted by Spike and Jason who gave us an incredibly warm welcome and knowing we where hungry Spike organized a table at the Italian across the road. because we where running late that evening Tanweer was able to delay our table at a well known restaurant in the city. At breakfast we where greeted by a big smile and excellent service by Phoebe. The food was great and the hotel was clean and magical. Megan made sure our exit was a smooth as possible. Great Hotels have Great Staff who love the business as much as the owners. These guys did it in Style .. THANK YOU

Great Hotel. Couldn't fault it. Staff were friendly & attentive. All good! if I had one small critique, it would be to make sure the seats in the outside rooftop terraces are dry!

We stay at the Gotham a lot….Elizabeth who was a member of the reception team in particular is wonderful! There had been an issue with our booking. She sorted it out super quick without any problem. We certainly felt safe in her hands. Can’t wait until our next stay in July.

Fantastic hotel with a distinct character of its own. All staff notably pleasant and helpful, creating a really warm and comfortable atmosphere. Worth every penny and will definitely return. Using their car parking service is extra but makes things quick and easy on arrival.

Good service, comfort and breakfast!
Always a great stay at Gotham. Their Inner Sanctum Suite is the perfect hideaway for an intimate couples break. Martini butler is a fun experience to do and the breakfasts are among the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Even nicer served up in the room. Service is top notch with a mini welcome cocktail whilst checking in.

Absolutely amazing stay, the hotel is beautiful and amazing feel to it, the staff were all amzing so polite and extremely helpful, they made everything perfect for my special occasion and nothing is too much trouble at all, i cant recommend highly enough, the service does really place it top of my list over other luxury hotles in Manchester

Gotham Hotel- Manchester.
This is supposedly a 5 star hotel, I believe it’s a high 3star/low 4star. Reception is small but functional, rooms are nice with lots of ornaments and pictures. However, basic items in bathroom not available (razor blades, toothbrush, hand creams etc..). Main issue, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied, this was very embarrassing. No do not disturb signs, cleaner entered room the next morning unexpectedly.

Not quite 5 star. Everything was nice and very pleasant but not quite the luxury I would expect. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired, really lacklustre offering for continental - not even yoghurt. small portion full English with cheap sausage, streaky bacon and massively overcooked scrambled eggs. Would stay again but would go to moose coffee down the road for breakfast instead

Awesome hotel
Booked as a post new year get away. Cannot fault the hotel, best I’ve stayed in so far in Manchester and I’ve stayed in most! On arrival luggage was taken straight to room before we reached reception (on 6th floor) Welcome we got was great and not forced. We didn’t use restaurant but we used bar which is exclusive to guests, great service again. Hotel and room was spotless. Carpets felt like new and couldn’t find a mark in room, it looked as though it had just had refurb! We had room service breakfast which was of a high quality. I know the hotel isn’t cheap but it’s worth the extra money and definitely stay again
