"Great location, beautiful hotel, and great staff. But the only problem I had was the small bathroom. I’m 6’8 300 lbs. The bathroom had a toilet tucked in a corner and no large person could fit and the shower was extremely small. "

"Everything clicked during my stay! The room was clean and spacious. Looked brand new; comfortable bed. My husband loved the location [Starbucks and other casual places nearby}. Felt very safe. Great staff. Minor downside: The bathroom was awkwardly positioned and might have been a former closet. Also, not a fan of having to call to get ice brought to room. "

"Honestly I was terrified when I read the reviews but this hotel actually exceeded my expectations. The mattress was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. And the air condition worked perfectly. Reception and house keeping were very pleasant. We always had fresh towels, and they came every morning to clean the room even though it was not needed. Some rooms have small refrigerators and some don’t. Ours unfortunately didn’t have one but that’s okay we made it work. This is in prime location with all your tourist attractions like Times Square and 5th ave just steps away. You have the 42nd st subway station few blocks down if need be. Not sure why the bad reviews but our experience was lovely. Just go for it. "
