"Awesome property, very good location on Clearwater Beach: quick walk to all of the restaurants and action, but still felt quiet/peaceful. Spacious and clean rooms, and the daily towel refresh was a nice touch. Cheyenne at checkin was very helpful, and Liv at the bar gave great recommendations! Would/will come back!"

"This property is as described, we had everything we needed to have a great stay! Great proximity to beach, trolley, shopping and the grocery store right across the street. The pool area was very nice and other tenants friendly. Lobby area always neat and clean as well. My only 2 suggestions would be to either update the living area furniture or maybe just a steam cleaning could make a world of difference , and with so many keys to manage a better labeling system would be helpful. "We stayed a couple nights at Pelican Pointe. It was still be fixed up from the last hurricane in the area. The room was small, but ok for the 2 nights we stayed. I spoke with the management on the phone after our stay about the towels being cheap and losing balls of fuzz all over. there needs to be a book about amenities and things to do in the area, along with directions about the end of the stay.
