"The view was great! The staff upgraded us with Premium room instead of a deluxe and was nice to prepare a supririse for my partner. The hotel bathroom is old style but we appreciate everything that they did. Service was great, breakfast was good."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. The hotel itself is situated at the edge of the lake by a wonderful botanical garden. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to interact with desk help much after check-in. definitely a great recommendation for staying in Queenstown."
