Amazing staff super helpful, room is beautiful, complimentary snacks Not too much around but honestly doesn’t matter the hotel is so nice you won’t want to leave

We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.

I stayed here a few times while in the Queenstown area as it was the cheapest serviced apartment option and meant I had use of a dryer/washer and a basic kitchen (no oven) so I could cook my own meals. My bins were emptied daily by housekeeping and I could get fresh towels if I wanted them. Room came with a Smart Tv, which was very appreciated and a dishwasher which was another added bonus. Onsite parking is limited but I always found a space whenever I stayed, though this was not peak season Hotel is walking distance to the Remarkables area and the airport is no more than a 10min drive -

The apartment is amazing! great views. The lounge, kitchen are very roomy and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to town. Unfortunately the beds have a very basic mattress, with a tired mattress topper/protector. It was so uncomfortable that i was at risk of getting a pressure sore on my hip and Im a normal sized 10 woman. For the caliber of appartment and price, the bed quality did not live up to any standard.
