"Great location near Central Park"

"Stunning hotel with really friendly, helpful staff, beautiful decor, super comfy rooms snd a lovely bar. We drank but didn't eat. The hotel has a small market with snacks and drinks avsilable to buy. We left our bags on our last day for $4 / piece The hotel lobby is huge and stunning, in an excellent position on Lexington Ave and 42nd Street East, literally 5 minutes walk and we were in Grand Central Station. We walked to Broadway / Times Square in 20 minutes, Madison Square Gardens in 30 and Empire State in 20. We walked up to Central Park, up 5th Avenue to the Natural History Museum in around 90 minutes stopping at various sites along the way. We rode the 4 / 5 subway from Grand Central to Wall Street then easily walked from there to both the Statue of Liberty cruises and 9/11 Memorial. We also took the LIRR to Jamaica then the Air Train back to JFK all from Grand Central. This was reasonably priced for a perfectly situated Midtown hotel. We visited over the Easter Weekend. Highly recommended."

"Great location, i only checked on the same day that i had to check out due to flight delay. only use the room for 8 hours however when i requested to checkout late (3 hours more) i was asked to pay $100 + taxes which was disappointing. "

"Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a decent staff. My biggest complaints are the long check-in line and slow elevators. It's an older hotel which is why the rooms are bigger compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Times Square. Overall, not the most luxurious experience but I had a good stay and would consider booking again in the future."
