"The staff was professional and very accommodating. I was in NYC for my daughter's surgery and she did better than expected. The hotel agreed to let me out of the third night so I could stay at her home as long as I let them know the day before. There were several teenager/young adults on my floor that we're running the hallways at 1am in the morning so that was annoying, but overall a good visit."

"Breakfast menu: same thing every single day, fresh but repetitive and not very tasty. Also, breakfast area is so congested. Often ended up eating while standing. Should add more room or extend the breakfast time to help dilute the congestion. Lobby area was under renovations: messy and high transit on a tiny lobby space made the lift ride much more chaotic. Sometimes the wait times for going either up or down on an elevator were up to 15 mins, elevators really crowded and so many stops along the way. Room size is really small. It fits one king bed and there’s no space for luggage. 2 people on single room cannot walk at the same time without bumping into each other. "

"The staff was tremendously helpful. The first night, I was in a room with construction noise all night long (this is a city problem, not a hotel problem). Hotel staff were very accommodating, easily moving me to an interior room that was extremely quiet. Though the hotel is old, its very well kept and extremely clean. The location couldn't be better, we walked to all our theater and dinner reservations. Will definitely book again. "

"Room was clean and looked new. Bathroom was spotless. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was good and smelled wonderful. When we arrived, room temp was too warm, called the desk and they said someone would come adjust the temperature. No one came to change it. Left the window open the entire to help cool it down. "

"Great location, easy to get to all things Broadway and Times Square. Rooms were warm and AC didn’t cool things off. Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating."

"The hotel is good for overnight stays but not to lounge. It has a lot of people come through and desperately needs an upgrade on elevators and to clean linen better. "
