I had the best experience at Duane Street Hotel the Manager Ravi and Avinash were lovely and helpful. I liked the room, the location is perfect I’m definitely coming back. The room was great, liked the shower and housekeeping were nice. Very happy with my stay.

check in was terrible. you have to pay a mandatory fee to get an access code. there’s only two ways to pay it and both were down/having continuous error issues though we had more than enough funds. the customer service person did not give alternatives for us to enter the room. I almost had to book elsewhere but i managed to get a family member to go to the site and payment worked for them. Overall, good location and the room did the job but would definitely stay elsewhere in the future to avoid issues with check in. Stay somewhere with a front desk.

Ravi was an excellent worker at the Sonder Tribeca facility. As soon as I arrived he helped me with a code to get in and even helped my door dash food deliverer find me to give me my food. The hotel was easy. Small but clean new sheets and new towels. Aircon was working. Water was good temperature. Location is honestly amazing. Close to trains or if you're good at walking close to Soho etc. I would stay here again. Thank you Ravid and sonders.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Duane Street Hotel (formerly Sonder) in NYC. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The staff (Ravi) were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever I had a question. The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. It's very convenient for exploring the city, with subway stations, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and pharmacies all within a short walking distance. Everything I needed was nearby, which made my trip much easier. For improvement, I think adding a few more in-room amenities, such as a small microwave, would make the stay even better. Keep the common area clean and neat. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to New York.
