As a repeat visitor, I find that the establishment continues to maintain its standards. Spotlessly clean and perfectly located 4 minutes from the central line. 3 minutes by train to the transit nervecenter of Paddington. Only area of improvement: no complimentary bottles of water in the rooms.

The hotel, staff, and room were all extremely nice. Everything was clean and spacious and we didn’t hear any noise from the rooms next to us which was a plus. The bar downstairs is nice for a quick stop and the restaurants and grocery stores nearby are great, as is the Notting hill area. Subway and bus stop are very close by.

Splendid value for money. In fact one of the best-value hotels I have used in the last few years in the world. If one is familiar with the London hotel scene, as I am, that is saying a lot. The location is perfect. Two metro train (tube) stations within 5 minutes of a brisk walk ensuring that one could be anywhere in central London in less than 20 minutes. Less than 40 minutes to Heathrow Airport by tube (saves money). Great cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. The property itself is impeccably clean and is in excellent condition. Spacious room with everything in the right place. Only minor negatives are: a) someone forgot to put the complimentary water in the room (despite promise at reception) and laundry service is external.

Stylish hotel in a very central location (steps away from the Cenral line) made for a fun stay. This along with friendly and helpful staff. Watch your ankles as you walk around the room though. Those bed corners are sharp!

I loved my stay at Ruby Zoe in Notting Hill. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The bartenders were amazing. My view from the room was excellent. In terms of room specifics, I love the shower! The bedding was very comfortable & I slept well. The location was a short walk to Notting Hill gate tube station. Buses were easily accessible. The hotel is right down the road from the Portobello Road Saturday market. I suppose I could go on and on, but basically, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommended for your London visit.

The hotel is very well located, easily walkable to public transportation, markets and major shopping areas. There are good restaurant options and groceries nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. An excellent variety of breakfast options were available too. The rooms are small and not a lot of storage available, which was a minor drawback for an otherwise very clean and soundproof space.
