Room a bit small but great shower and air conditioning. Hotel is meant to be soundproofed however do not be fooled, no hotel is soundproofed. Great vibe in lobby bar/restaurant area. There is use of a microwave and the hotel fridge. Gym good, not alot of equipment but very good quality. There are large lockers to place luggage free of charge. Only downside was the parking. 15min free parking, totally inadequate if you have lots of luggage and pets etc. Most other hotels provide 30min free parking.

Great position, easy parking, great room for an airport hotel. Quality bed, mattress, linens and towels. Has a definite cool vibe to it and had everything I needed from the bar to food service. Mini tesco and good Indian food within 5 minutes walk.

I stayed here seven nights and the service was great. I enjoyed the beautiful aesthetic of the building. The pictures are good online, but they don’t do justice and the rooms are a little bigger than what the image show but they’re still pretty small too.

It sounds like someone was coming thru the ceiling. It was disturbing. I would fall asleep and jump back up bc if sound like the ppl were in our room.

Conveniently located to Heathrow. The hotel is a fun vibe when you walk in. Thou the man checking us in looked less than thrilled to be there and didn't have a great attitude. The room was updated and quiet.

Our room was large and in 2 parts. 1 large bed and 1 largè sofa bed both with TVs in each area. Bathroom was huge it was an accessible room though we didnt book one but it worked well for us.. Dog friendly and a small charge for our pupper which was an acceptable price. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a stay before a flight .

My earrings were stolen by a member of the staff during our stay. When the theft was reported, it was met with a lack of concern and indifference by the front desk when notified. No effort was made to sort things. We have stayed at this location often, but we avoid it going forward. We have an upcoming reservation that will be cancelled. Based on what we've experience, we would not recommend this location.

Moxy had comfortable rooms! It was clean & quiet. The lobby & decor was edgy, & had a new wave style. You can chill at the tables & chairs & get refreshments. The Indian restaurant next door called Noor was very good for takeout. The bus to the underground was easy. Then you take the tube to St James place to see Buckingham Palace, West Minister Abbey, etc. They have someone in the underground metro to help you navigate the lines for directions anywhere you’re going. If you take Hotel Hoppa from Heathrow Airport it tells you the times for pickup to reach your hotel that’s listed & Moxy was one of them.

Best hotel to stay near Heathrow, conveniently located, staff if great, food and drinks delicious. Next to a supermarket. We stayed at the family room and it was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the games at the lobby area and loved the vibe!
