I suggest you bring earplugs or noise cancelling earphones in case you are given a room facing the street. Noise is extremely disturbing, barely able to sleep. Better isolation would be the next best investment for them. Also, rather small room (double room) and barely any flat surfaces. You are always wondering where to drop your stuff. Except that, very clean, good room service and about 15min bus ride to big ben and areas. Mixed feelings about this one.

Avoid the ground floor rooms as it is like sleeping in reception. There is nothing close by except for McDonald’s drive thru which we could see, hear and smell from our room. Carpets in rooms are dark blue and feel tacky. Wardrobes open fronted so no excuse for them to be dusty. Reception is a desk and phone surrounded by suitcases. No discernible facilities so McDonald’s breakfast or nowt. Large dumpsters outside which were being rooted through at various times of the afternoon and evening. Think we missed some inside tricks with this place as there must be nicer rooms upstairs and in the annexed building. It’s a £7 taxi ride to either Stockwell or Clapham North tubes stations. Bathroom was warm modern and clean but very small. TV was tiny and placed high up near the ceiling for some reason. Didn’t see any staff really but heard them.

The staff was very friendly but I wasn’t aware that there were no lifts in the building which made it difficult going up and down the stairs with heavy luggage’s. Very close to Wandsworth train station or the bus stations. Our shower would clog everyday and the bathroom is veryyyy tiny. We also had no cold water, the water was boiling hot and created so much steam with no ventilation. Due to this the room was smelling like mildew. The rooms are not soundproof therefore you can hear every little noise that other customers make. We stayed for 3 nights and it’s about a 50 minute train ride to the Gatwick airport and 30 minutes to central london.

As soon as we walked in, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. After suppling us with information and details, we were directed to our room. Upon entering, it smelt ultra clean (thumbs up cleaners). Everything was there that we needed: Shower, shower products, coffee, tea, biscuits, hairdryer. Very convenient for the overground train connections to tube. Would recommend to stay again

Very small room located to front of the property which is on a main road. The window did not seem to be secure and the road is noisy. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was good. The room was serviced daily. The room was also next to the entrance door which was also regularly disturbed throughout the night with people coming in and out / often intoxicated to the point they could not identify their own room hence tried a few doors on a few floors. Not looking forward to my next stay there but at least it’s a clean and comfortable room.

Cheap hotel for a reason
It’s cheap and clean. The WiFi was good. Rooms are very basic and there was no hot water from the sink. I didn’t use the shower as there is no heating in the bathroom which was freezing. No sockets next to the bed which is annoying. Pillows were rock hard. That I can cope with but not the noise. The walls were so thin I could hear talking and the TV in adjacent rooms. Lots of banging and clattering in the middle of the night and cleaners banging about above in the early morning. I won’t be going back.

Good value for money and relatively easy to get into the city and tourist areas via bus and tube. Our room faced onto the road and it was very noisy. I was woken by ambulance sirens a couple times per night. We could also smell that someone was smoking weed in the building on a few occasions. However, it was a clean and comfortable stay. Good value for money/ budget friendly considering the location and London prices. Would stay again.

Clean and modern, small and not sound proofed
Although the room was clean and modern, it was very small. I felt like I was sleeping in a corridor. We only stayed 1 night so it was acceptable however if we had been staying longer the room would not have been acceptable. Also, it does say in the superior twin rooms it does say they are soundproofed, however we could very clearly hear the people in the room next door and noise from the street.

We had a premium twin room with its own bathroom up the first flight of stairs. Aside from the dirty carpet, the room was clean and bright. Because the room is located at the front of the house facing the street, there was traffic noise. Although small, it has a well laid out design with ample space and useful amenities. Bus stops and a train station are within easy walking distance. Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions about transportation and currency exchange. The cleaning staff did an excellent job each day. I would gladly stay here again.

The king-sized bed was quite comfortable, but the stained carpets look awful and really need replacing. We thought it was strange that they couldn't provide two keys to the room, as we were going out to different places and the desk wasn't staffed after 11pm so we both really needed our own key.

Quiant hotel. Easy access to bus stop and underground tube. Staff extremely friendly. Bathroom was spotless! Only flaw, no air conditioning in rooms (not a UK thing) and there are no screens on the windows so it's hard to keep windows wide open at night. Our room was a bit tight for 2 twin beds but it wasn't a big deal as we were out and about early and back late.

Overall Great Experience
Whilst the room was small, they were wonderfully clean and tidy. The bathroom was especially great. They had a notice regarding being environmentally friendly with towel washing etc., which I admire.
