The hotel facilities are excellent but we had a real issue with the temperature of the room it was just too hot. We were supplied a fan which helped but with the noise of the fan it was impossible to sleep. Due to three nights of broken sleep we went home early. Hotel just needs to invest in air con

It was a real faff trying to get our room. It was in the 200 series but one had to take two elevators and walk a long way which wasn’t good for two of our group with arthritic hips!

We have stayed here previously but this time was so disappointing. We paid for the club room which could not have been further from the reception area. We asked to change rooms and we were moved to a double room which was more accessible to the reception area. The room was fine but had no fridge which was a problem for my wife as she had to store medication. However the main problem was on the Thursday night was a gypsy wedding and it was a nightmare, we had been out and got back about 130am and it was chaos so many police and cars and vans and the whole place was like a war zone. I know it was not specifically the hotels fault but they should have realised the potential for trouble and it was no surprise it went badly wrong. They did partially refund our monies for the two days we stayed but it was not a good experience.

Perfectly fine, clean with a Starbucks on the ground floor. Loses stars for lack of aircon (although a fan was provided) in what professes to be a high tech, modern hotel. It wasn't the most comfortable August night's sleep, however it wouldn't be a problem outside of the summer. Would be happy to stay again.

The rooms were 40 degrees plus and no air conditioning. The fans provided did nothing as they were inadequate and the windows were so restricted that they had no effect on getting cooler air into the room

Staff were very friendly and polite. Property was clean and food was good. Our 180 did not have air conditioning, but was supplied with two fans,although they cooled the room they were very noisy.

The location of the hotel was convenient for family visit, bedroom very clean, view onto the roof showed air conditioning pipes in very poor condition. Some of the breakfast items were poor quality, fatty streaky bacon, no fried eggs!. The orange juice was undrinkable, in my opinion.

All good with the hotel however rooms are very hot with no AC. And we had a room at the front and other guests were allowed to party and be very noisy until very late. That was disappointing
