"The hotel has a great location. Very close to Walk of fame. The front desk was accommodating and let us check in a little early. Room is clean. Need new towels. TV wasn’t working, and no one came to fix it after I told the front desk. Mattress is not very comfortable. Some customers were smoking marijuana on the property and we had strong smell in my room. Overall value is good for the location and price."

"I wasn’t expecting to stay in a room with two men. Maybe it was my mistake for not specifying that, but it’s definitely a lesson for next time. In the women’s bathroom, there was basically zero privacy, I found it strange that the shower area only had a curtain. The only thing I liked about the hostel was the location, and the staff were kind."

"Great location for visiting Hollywood. The rooftop lounge was beautiful. They offered breakfast there in the morning, and it's open as a bar in the evenings on the weekend. Great views of the city and the Hollywood sign. There was even a yoga class offered the morning I was there. Friendly staff, clean room. It was a unique hotel, and we enjoyed it very much. "

"The property was visually beautiful, an oasis in the heart of the city. The staff were kind and friendly. A few things that prevented me from providing an excellent review. The pool closes at 9am which is earlier than the standard 10pm. After a long busy day we felt rushed to get pool time in before it closed. I booked a double bed room with 3 guests. As we settled into the room after a rushed swim just minutes before 9pm, It was inconvenient I had to request an additional towel since only two were stocked in the room. Typically 2 beds = 4 bath towels. We then started to notice items were left in the room by the previous guests. Which then we questioned the cleanliness of our room. The room looked clean, it felt like it was the small details that were missed. At check out the next day the front desk comp’d our parking for the inconvenience of those left behind items. Which was a very nice monetary apology. Regardless of the hiccups. I would stay here again."
