Linda at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. The hotel was clean, well kept and smelt fresh. Overall staff appeared happy to be at work and seemed to be having a great time helping out the guests. Parking garage was easy to find and lots of parking throughout the day. The hotel was so clean and felt just like home, everyone was so nice and helpful. It was walking distance to Universal. Also we had a perfect view of Universal from our room which was amazing.

Proximity to the park was excellent. Didn’t need a shuttle and could walk with ease. Staff were friendly but most not genuinely so. Felt forced. Housekeeping an issue for us. Supplies not replenished each day i.e. coffee creamer and stir sticks, water bottles. Hair dryer broken in room. Overall an excellent place to stay/ buffet breakfast overpriced but convenient and good selection.
