Great location for Universal, very clean room, and the pool area was beautiful

I just want to say that the housekeeper whos name was Sharo was doing a wonderfull job cleaning my room i i think she was very clean and fixing all the messy items we had there i senn her scrubbing the shower and toylet so well. She was so nice. I just want to rhank sharo.
