The bathtub/shower idea was unique but proved messy as water splashed outside of the wash area due to lack of glass/sliding door."

"I didn’t like that I couldn’t visit the rooftop and that was apart of the fee I had to pay. If you all have a private event to where your guests can’t utilize the facilities that’s supposed to be available for them then they should not have to pay that fee."

"VERY NOISY - the property isn't advertised as being across the street and above an outdoor nightclub, but it is. On the first night we returned home exhausted to hear and feel the room vibrate from the club booming away across the street. It continued on throughout the night till 4am and then re-started for the cleaning up at 8am. The place is let by Pelican Residences (who aren't supposed to sub-let through Airbnb, we were asked not to enter through reception to avoid awkward questions). ...
