"The hotel views were amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive. Manny Ayala was awesome, he has great customer service! The hotel was within walking distance to everything we needed. I wasn't a fan of the elevator system or the fact that children were allowed to sit in the bar area, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely choose this property again. Highly recommend!"

"This is a "basic" hotel with large rooms, but without any unneeded frills. A great value for those of us simply want a "sleeping" room. I came to LA to "see the sights" -- not spend time in my room. A great shower, nice bed, lots of outlets for laptops, et.al. Who needs more? Most important, the staff was extremely helpful. When I said I needed a microwave in my room so I could prepare warm compresses for my eyes, Adul (the night clerk) had a microwave in my room within five minutes. Freehand is my choice to stay at everytime I'm in LA"
