"Arrived to hotel at on Friday at 4.00 after driving 3 hours to gets there on time, they surprise me with $48 parking charge, got to the room its extremely hot room, find an old Fan next to the bed, try to turn the AC didn't work, called front disk, he already knew it's broken and he can't do anything about it, as I was already running late to my meeting and its impossible to find a room that day I have to shut up and not ruin my night. It's a 💯 💯 a fraud, and I want to request a fully refund."

"Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate. Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice. Rooms need an upgrade a little worn. Bed was very nice"

"I wanted to love this hotel but things did not go smoothly for us. We chose the Sofitel because of the pool. Upon checking in we found out the pool was closed! Maybe offer a free drink? Our room was extremely noisy, the adjoining room took a shower at 5AM and it sounded like a plane landing in our room. You could hear the doorbells from rooms surrounding us. The worst however was the unreliable wifi. I lost a business deal because the wifi wouldn’t connect at 7AM. One shining aspect of the hotel, the valet parking staff was AMAZING. Prompt and professional, they were rock stars!"
