"Too many unsupervised children at the pool for an adult afternoon. Asked for ice from the front desk three times for a drink before dinner and never showed up. I generator was going from 8 PM until 907 the next morning, rattling our screen door. A generator was going from 8 PM until 907 the next morning, vibrating our patio door all night. Not really worth $600 as far as I’m concerned there is more places to stay in LA. Location is not always the best way to make a decision. I’m sorry."

"Room: Really spacious, clean & the bed was super comfy. Shower was wasn’t very powerful and a bit dirty. No one attended to our room for our duration. Staff: super friendly and extremely helpful. They recommend a tour & the driver from the tour company was amazing also. Amenities: The recent renovation is fab; the pool area especially. Lovely breakfast. Good tasty food. Great idea to have take away cups, but it was weird eating off a paper plate & having plastic cutlery. The Chop Bar over the road is great, however this hotel is missing a tick not having a bar on site (especially a pool bar). Overall pretty pleased with our stay & would most likely come again!!"
