"Friendly staff upon arrival. Cold water was handed to us by the valet which whom was the bell hop ad well. Front desk team did all they can ro help us enjoy my wife birthday weekcation. A bigger family needed our room type and they gave it to them and upgraded us for the inconvenience. Room havd a great ocean and pool view as well as close to the Rainforest cafe and Ihop. Only issues was the frig that was in the bed room did not work which they came the next day and fix but we had the wine frig...

"The hotel is very well maintained, the breakfast is excellent, the pool is super clean... My only complaint was that the cleaning staff entered my room before 11, I had not returned my key, and they threw away the food I had in the refrigerator for which I had paid a high price and was planning to enjoy it for my lunch. In the confusion and because I was angry, I left my cell phone cable...When I reported it to the front desk I just got a look that said I don't care. "
