"The property was beautiful. Had an awesome view of the gulf from our room. All of the staff were unbelievably nice, especially to our kids. The front desk ladies made us all feel so welcome, even giving the kids a toy each. They also worked hard to get my bestie and I in rooms next each other even though we made reservations at different times. It was an all around wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. Thank you!"

"Sunrise from your bedroom overlooking the pier is a dream start to a vacation. All the rooms overlooking the ocean were fantastic. The staff were incredibly fun inviting and friendly. The food was delicious when a common breakfast staple gets turned into delightful goodness every morning is something to wake up for early and come back to. Thank you, Galveston for the cute little treats. The kids were able to pick up and enjoy and the fun games on the side."

"No one let us know the property was under construction! No coffee, no breakfast. Strong smell of paint in the halls and the rooms were in poor shape. If you needed anything you had to go across the road to the sister property. Ugh "

"They overcharge on various fees that are in fine print. They also are predatory in sales to get you to do time shares."
